不锈钢高真空出料泵广泛应用于石油、日用化工、粮油、医药等行业,适用于在短程蒸馏、分子蒸馏、减压蒸馏工艺中真空塔釜的高温高真空状态下物料抽出。

 产品概述:
HVP不锈钢真空出料泵是专门为石油化工行业减压蒸馏、分子蒸馏设备而设计开发的一款真空循环及真空出料流程泵。该泵采用硅溶胶工艺铸造、外观精美小巧、 真空出料能力强、可应用于卫生条件要求高、具有腐蚀性流体介质的输送。不锈钢真空出料泵可设置保温夹套,对于一些易结晶介质的物料可通过蒸汽或导热油对其 进行预热保温,采用高温磁力密封耐温最高可达380℃,具有永无泄漏的特点。
HVP型不锈钢真空出料泵技术规范:
流量范围:0.3m³/H~40m³/H;
额定排出压力:0.6MPa
允许吸入口真空压力:10Pa
最高使用温度:<380°C
当使用温度高于220°C时,应采用磁力传动方式,磁铁为耐高温的稀土钐钴永久磁铁,耐高温,磁能力强,高温不退磁。
